1. Agreement

By purchasing or using Hone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Shivan Bhimi ("we", "us"), the operator of this platform.

2. The product

Hone is a digital education platform providing a 108-day structured study plan for Site Reliability Engineers. Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to all current and future content updates on the platform.

3. Payment and refunds

  • Payment is a one-time charge of $49.99 USD, processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.
  • 14-day refund policy: If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email hello@honeskills.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this platform for your personal learning. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
  • Use the AI assistant to generate content for resale

5. Intellectual property

All course content, lesson text, exercises, and materials are owned by Shivan Bhimi and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify critical production decisions independently. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For material discontinuation of the platform, we will offer pro-rata refunds.

8. Limitation of liability

This platform provides educational content. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
